The EZ Real Estate Offer platform does not replace the traditional MLS platform, it supplements it and connects sellers with serious pre-qualified bidders competing with one another for a chance to own your property. Buyers and agents still have the opportunity to preview the property during an open house event or by scheduling a private showing. Once a seller accepts a bid from a buyer, their licensed representative has 24 hours to submit the bid as an official offer, and the agents and title companies involved in the transaction can proceed as they normally would with any traditional real estate transaction.

The Buyer with the winning bid must add a 6% premium to the final bid price to cover the commission fees, sellers are not obligated to pay a commission if their property is sold through the EZ Real Estate Offer platform to the winning bidder. Sellers are responsible for a nominal listing fee to cover the cost of operating the platform and marketing their property.
