How it Works
The DecentrePX auction MLS works alongside your traditional MLS platform allowing a property owner to simultaneously market their home to the greatest number of potential buyers or bidders on both services. Buyers and agents still have the opportunity to preview the property during an open house event or by scheduling a private showing. Once a seller accepts the highest bid or an offer to “Buy it Now” at the full asking price, the agents and title companies involved in the transaction can proceed as they normally would with any traditional real estate transaction, using the appropriate forms and contracts approved by the state.
One of the most significant advantages of selling through an auction is that it allows the property to sell at its true market value. Since auctions create a competitive environment where buyers compete against each other to own the property, sellers can rest assured that they are getting the highest possible price.
